ReplyDeletethdc institute of hyropower engineering & technology is best colleage in uttarakhand...., its asia's first hydropower engg. institute wth a fantastc academic....,
ReplyDeleteTHDC institute of Hydropower can not be considered as best college of Uttarakhand as it is runned and managed by Uttarakhand Technical University and THDC company. Moreover, the institute is started last year only so it lacks infrastructure. And you said it is asia's first hydropower engg. institute but unfortunately there is no such core branch which is specifically for Hydropower engineering so you can not say it as Hydropower Institute. Its name is THDC institute of Hydropower & Technology due to Tehri dam and Hydro power corporation company's fund given to it not due to its relation with any hydropower engineering branch.
ReplyDeleteis sit good college or not
ReplyDeleteis sit is good college or not
ReplyDeleteuit is better than dbit i guess
ReplyDeleteTHDC IHET is actually a hydro power institute not because of the dam but due to the special training it gives in field of hydro power sector. There is no special branch because hydro power engineering is taught in core branches especially mechanical and civil in THDC.
ReplyDeleteLooking into the required augmentation in the field of Hydro Sector, it was agreed by the Ministry of Power that THDCIL will establish a Technical Institute to impart instructions in various disciplines of Engineering with focus on Hydro Power. The objective behind setting up of the Institute is to generate and create a pool of continuously upgraded skilled set of knowledge with special thrust on construction, Operation and Maintenance of Hydro Power stations.
S.I.T is a new college so can't say anything about it.
